The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova held the presidency of the Association of Constitutional Justice of the Countries of the Baltic and Black Sea Regions (BBCJ) from its creation on 26 October 2015 until the end of 2016.
Under the presidency of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova was organised the 1st BBCJ Congress on the “Role of Constitutional Courts in Protecting Democratic Values” held Chișinău on 30 June 2016.
As of 1 January 2017, the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova hands over the presidency of BBCJ to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
